Privacy notice
This site collects very little about you. This page explains what, why, and your rights.
Who is responsible
I run this site through my company, Yord Soft EOOD (EIK 203874601), based in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the EU. Yord Soft EOOD is the controller of the personal data described here. To ask about your data, use the contact form or message me on LinkedIn.
Visiting the site
The site sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking, and everything on it, fonts included, comes from this site. Amazon Web Services (AWS) serves the pages, so it processes your IP address to deliver them. I don't keep logs of visits.
The contact form
When you send a message, I receive your name, your email address and what you wrote. I use them to reply to you, and to work with you if we both decide to.
- Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and my legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f)).
- How it reaches me: the form hands your message to AWS in Frankfurt, Germany, which emails it to my inbox. The site itself keeps no copy.
- Where it is kept: my inbox is Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process data outside the EU, as its privacy policy explains.
- How long: I delete messages 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case I keep them for as long as that work needs them.
- Your choice: sending a message is voluntary, but I can't reply without an email address.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, and ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give it to you in a portable format. If you think I have mishandled your data, you can complain to a data protection authority, such as Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection.
I don't sell your data or use it for marketing, and I make no automated decisions about you.
